Student Support

The ReConFig Conference is pleased to announce the establishment of the ReConFig Student Support Program. This Program will help to partially cover the costs of attending the ReConFig Conference for a limited number of students.

Rules for eligibility:

1. PhD student with at least 1 year in the PhD program.
2. The student must be presenting a paper or poster (including PhD Forum) at ReConFig.

The support includes:

1. Up to 50% reduction on the applicable registration fee.
2. Accommodation in the conference hotel sharing a room with another student (up to 3 nights).

The Program does not cover travel, insurance and other costs.

To apply, students must submit by email (info@domain) an application letter (free format) together with an official letter of support signed by the thesis director. The letters must state the reasons why this support is required.
 
The deadline for submitting the application is Oct 15.
