Registration form. Please complete the registation form and send it by email (preferred) or fax. The email and fax number are specified in the form.
Important notice: Payment by credit card is greatly preferred. Once the registration form is received, ReConFig08 will send an email with instructions for payment using PayPal. For other forms of payment, please contact us to make arrangements.

Regular registration includes admission to all technical sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, a copy of the conference proceedings (CD), one gala dinner ticket, and one social event ticket.
Student registration includes admission to all technical sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, a copy of the conference proceedings (CD), and one social event ticket (no gala dinner). If a student is presenting a paper, he/she must pay the regular fee.
Student status must be verified, please attach to your registration form a copy of a valid student card or a letter from the university.
Authors are requested to register as regular attendees and pay their fee before Octuber 10th, 2008. Papers will not be published in the proceedings unless one of the authors has registered and payment of the registration fee has been received.
Author final paper preparation and submission instructions will be emailed to the corresponding authors of accepted papers.

* In case you are registering and presenting for multiple papers (you must be one of the authors), an additional fee of 230 USD per paper is required instead of the full regular registration fee. Please indicate in the registration form the title and paper number of all papers you are presenting.
Confirmation of registration will be emailed within a week of receiving your actual payment.
Receipts and certificates of acceptance will be included in conference bag. No receipt or certificate will be sent in advance. Each attendee must fill a registration form.
Terms and conditions
Conference participation is nominal and may not be shared. Substitution of conference participation is permitted, provided the organisers have been informed by fax, mail or email before November 7th, 2008.
Cancellation is allowed if requested in before November 7th, 2008. A handling fee of 50 USD will be charged. Cancellations are not accepted after November 7th, 2008 or for author registrations.
Organisers reserve the right to modify the conference programme, speakers, or timing without prior notice and cannot be held liable for any such changes.
