Registration information

Please complete the registation form and send it to the email adderess specified in the form.

Payment by credit card is greatly preferred. Once the registration form is received, you will receive an email with instructions for payment using PayPal. For other forms of payment, please contact us to make arrangements.

Authors are requested to register and pay their fee before Octuber 15, 2011. Papers will not be published in the proceedings unless one of the authors has registered paying the Author fee and payment has been received.

All types of registrations include admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail, a copy of the conference proceedings (CD), one dinner ticket, and transportation airport-hotel-airport.

If a student is presenting a paper he/she must pay the full author fee unless another co-author registers paying the full author fee.

Extra pages (up to 2 per paper) - Not valid for PhD Forum papers	80 USD per page
Additional paper registration fee*	150 USD per paper
Extra Conference Dinner Ticket	55 USD

* In case you are registering and presenting for multiple papers (you must be one of the authors), an additional fee of 150 USD per paper is required instead of the full regular registration fee. Please indicate in the registration form the title and paper number of all papers you are presenting.

Registration confirmation will be sent only by request. Registration will be complete when payment confirmation is sent by PayPal.

Receipts and certificates of attendance will be included in conference material. No receipt or certificate will be sent in advance. Each attendee must fill a registration form.

Terms and conditions

Conference participation is nominal and may not be shared. Substitution of conference participation is permitted, provided the organisers have been informed before November 11.

Cancellation is allowed if requested before November 11. A handling fee of 50 USD will be charged. Cancellations are not accepted after November 11 or for author registrations.

Organisers reserve the right to modify the conference programme, speakers, or timing without prior notice and cannot be held liable for any such changes.
