PhD Forum

The aim of the forum is to provide PhD students a positive and constructive environment to present their work and get valuable feedback from experienced researchers and fellow students. Accepted contributions will be published as short papers in the conference proceedings which will be available through the IEEE Computer Society Digital Library. It is required that authors attend ReConFig to present their work.

Contributions to the PhD Forum are welcome at all ReConFig’s tracks. When submitting the contribution chose the track most closely related to the topic of the contribution.PhD students must fulfill the following conditions in order to submit a contribution to the PhD Forum: It is expected that at least one paper authored or co-authored by the student, related to the thesis topic, is included in the list of references of the PhD forum contribution. Authors are welcome to submit regular papers in addition to the PhD forum, providing that both contributions report non-overlapping results.

Paper Formatting

Submissions to the PhD forum should be no more than 4 pages long including tables, figures and references (page limit will be strictly enforced). They have to be submitted for evaluation as a PDF file using IEEE formatting. When entering the general information about the submission select the PhD Forum Category.

Financial Support

Financial support will be available to selected students.
